Appliance Gurus provides Virtual Diagnostic and Repair Services with a Video Call platform. This means that while it’s typical for people to wait up to a week or two, and pay up to $200 for an appliance technician to come out to your home to diagnose, and possibly repair their appliance.

We offer an alternative that saves people both time AND money!  Our Virtual Diagnostic and Repair Service can be booked within as little as one day, and potentially save you between $60 to $140 from a standard field tech service call.

On average, our Appliance Guru Technicians have 10+ years’ experience and are certified to service and repair 10 or more major manufacturer brands.

During your Video Call appointment with an Appliance Guru, they will walk you through the process of using your smart phone or tablet to help diagnose and troubleshoot your non-working appliance.

Once your Appliance Guru feels confident that they understand what’s causing the issue with your broken appliance, they will make a recommendation on whether you need to order a part, whether you feel comfortable and equipped to do the repair yourself (with guidance from an Appliance Guru), or need to coordinate with an onsite appliance repair company that is local to you.

To book a Video Call appointment with one of our certified Appliance Guru Technicians is just $59 for one appliance.

For 2-3 total appliances, it’s the regular flat rate for the first appliance and a discounted flat rate of $54 per appliance for the second and third.

If, during your appointment it’s determined that you need to order a replacement part in order to get your appliance working again, your Appliance Guru can conveniently place the order for you while you’re on the Video Call with them.

If you somehow ended up with the wrong replacement part, Appliance Gurus, LLC will accept the returned part at no cost to you. Further, we will recheck the order to see why the part was incorrect, and if possible, get the correct part shipped out to you right away in a parts swap.

If there is a price discrepancy between the incorrect part and the correct part shipped to your address, we will either credit your card payment if the correct part was less, or bill your card the difference if the correct part costs more.

To return the incorrect part just use FedEx and have the incorrect part returned in its original packaging to our Appliance Gurus, LLC address, COD. Once we receive the returned part and inspect it for damage (approximately 3 business days), we will issue a full refund of your parts purchase unless this was part of a parts swap as described above in this paragraph. 

As long as you don’t wait until the last minute and reschedule more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, there is no additional charge. If you reschedule the same day at least one hour before your scheduled appointment, there will be $15 service fee added to the standard Video Call appointment rate. If you wait until the time of your appointment or ‘No Show’ for your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund because the time for another customer to take that appointment slot has expired.
