Appliance diagnosis or repair services provided by Appliance Gurus Technicians through a Video Call are to be used by Customers at their own risk.  Appliance Gurus Technicians will not require that customers engage in any activity that they are not confortable with, such as manipulating electrical wiring, moving heavy appliances or performing technical tasks that would require a professional technician to undertake at the customer’s site. Appliance Gurus Technicians are pre-screened to insure they have the requisite experience and certifications required to properly diagnose and repair a majority of appliances.
